a decent experience

The location is convenient. The hotel is close to both the beach and the center. I found the breakfast quite good and enjoyed the variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful .

I experienced noise from morning until late afternoon. The bathroom design was not ideal. It seemed like a sauna due to limited ventilation and a plastic roof. The sliding door to my room did not fully close which was a concern.

dated room poor staff understanding

the location of this hotel is near the beach, it made access relatively easy.

My room, a suar family room, felt quite dated. the bathroom seemed stuffy, and i heard everything happening in the neighboring rooms. It was impossible to ignore a neighbor's illness. also, the ferry situation caused unnecessary stress and a complete lack of understanding from the staff, disappointing.

the breakfast met my expectations it had a lot of options to choose from.

The room's air conditioning barely worked. It struggled to cool the space properly. the outdoor bathroom felt more like a sauna because of the plastic roof , made it hot. i do not think this place is worth the price.

peaceful vibe amazing restaurants good price

The hotel's location is just superb! it's tucked away, yet it's super close to the center. many amazing restaurants are easily accessible! i rented bicycles directly from the hotel. The price was good. it made exploring the surrounding area easy.

the pool unfortunately turned my swimming costumes a rusty color. it didn't feel totally clean. i noticed the staff on the front desk had a little attitude, and shortening my stay was not easy.

The room had separate air conditioning for the bedroom and bathroom, THAT'S AMAZING!!! the room included a safe for valuables and blackout curtains for restful sleep. daily housekeeping kept everything super clean. I really appreciate that.

the staff was very helpful when my wife got sick. the kitchen even prepared a vegetable soup that wasn't on the menu for her, WHAT A TREAT! they kept asking if she was okay every day.

the hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the jetty and a 5-minute walk to the party places. the best sunset spot is only a 10-minute walk away. this keeps you away from any chaos!!!

The room included a generously sized shower area. The beds were very comfortable. I slept soundly. The hotel location was great. It was easy to move around. Staff were very friendly, too.

The air conditioning cooled, but was very strong. Therefore, the room felt uncomfortably cold.

the hotel had a delicious breakfast with many options. the staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay. the restaurant's beautiful design and tasty food, and the spa offered a relaxing retreat.

the room cleaning was not perfect , and our tickets for our onward journey were accidentally thrown away.
